Sahibzada Muhammad Shahid Khan Afridi - A Pinch Hitter

Sahibzada Muhammad Shahid Khan Afridi, a Legend Cricketer of Pakistan born on 1st March, 1980 in Khyber Agency of Khyber Pakhtoonkawah Province of Pakistan where the cricket is less popular. Before Shahid Khan one could not even imagine what he did in the Pakistan Cricket. Services of Afridi for Pakistan Cricket are commendable. Scoring the fastest century in the International Cricket when Afridi was just 16 years old was a great achievement. In fact Shahid Khan Afridi is the pride of Pakistan. He has served Pakistan cricket as a spinner and aggressive batsman. Shahid Khan Afridi started his international in 1996 when he was just 16 years old. he made many world record. However, in his first match, he could not bat. However, in the second ODI against strong Sri Lanka he scored the fastest 100 of the International Cricket. He completed his 100 in just 37 balls.

The legend all rounder Shahid Khan Afridi won the hearts of Pakistanis when he separated himself from the test cricket team when announced retirement from test cricket in the first test defeat against England in the last tour.

The Pakistan cricket is already facing many crises and this one is the most crucial as retirement of Shahid Khan Afridi would mean a big loss to Pakistani and International Cricket and no one want this to be happened except some back sheep in PCB who wants wherever they want to do without any code of conduct of PCB or morality to any extent. They have learn to manipulate the affairs of PCB according to their sweet will.

Shahid Khan Afridi might also be penalized for leading the Pakistan’s weak time to Semi Finals and in Semi Finals not surrendering before India as was done by Misbah ul Haq, who was rewarded for his performance in the Semi Final by giving him the captaincy of Test Team and now he is captaining the ODI Pakistani Squared.
